Tasting Notes:
The Reserve Pinot Noir is a blend of our best barrels in the cellar from the 2017 vintage. Containing multiple Dijon clones from our vineyards in the Willamette Valley and vinified in the same style as the Oregon Pinot Noir but with a different barrel treatment, the influence of newer oak is noticeable in this wine. An elegant dry wine with an array of fruit. Cranberry, raspberry, black cherry and fig are lifted up with a beautiful bright acidity. This finish, a signature Pinot Noir with gentle earth tones, and a kiss of dark chocolate.
